    We believe . . .

that each of us possesses talents and resources to be used for our own benefit and that of the communities of which we are a part.

that a community’s quality of life is strengthened when the individuals and organizations that make it up forge honest and vital connections with each other.

that any group which has been established around common aims—whether a profit-making business, a non-profit group, or an agency in the public sector—flourishes when it listens to its members, customers, or constituents and then strives to understand and address their needs.

that utilizing an integrated and holistic approach which draws on the perspectives of the arts, sciences, and humanities can make us better listeners, clearer thinkers, and thus more valuable collaborators with our clients.

that, in working with and for our community and our clients, we can look forward to the rewards of our labor, including but not limited to professional growth, financial success, and personal satisfaction.

    We are dedicated . . .

to helping our clients see through and beyond statistics and behaviors to the human faces of their members, customers, and constituents.

to methodological, ethical, and aesthetic integrity: In all of our work we consistently strive to be honest, thorough, insightful, and creative.

to building and maintaining relationships of mutual respect and benefit between ourselves and those we serve.

to community service, both as our ultimate objective in all professional services we provide and in a direct sense whenever we volunteer our time or perform pro bono work.

In order to express these values and fulfill these commitments, we foster a work environment characterized by . . .

freedom – a flexible structure that supports individual interests, initiative, and judgment and encourages personal responsibility in the pursuit of individual and organizational goals.

collaboration – a team approach in which information, leadership, and other functional responsibilities are shared and the quality of work is optimized by the open exchange of feedback in a mutually supportive atmosphere.

enterprise – a willingness to take risks in order to grow personally, professionally, and corporately, through the assumption of new roles, the acquisition of new skills, and the expansion of our business to new clients and industry areas in proportion to our capabilities and resources.
