Vivian Harris (MA, University of Chicago) is adjunct Senior Research Consultant and Process Facilitator at City Square Associates Inc.

She has 20 years of experience in tactical and strategic marketing research gained through her work in research and company leadership at three New England firms: City Square, The Taylor Research & Consulting Group, and TideWatch Partners. During her time with these firms, she led executive-level customer satisfaction measurement work for Verizon for 15 years; moderated and
interviewed across a wide array of segments and industries; mentored, trained, and supervised research staff; and shaped operational and strategic direction, ultimately reaching the Vice President level.

Vivian is a RIVA-trained and field-seasoned focus group moderator and in-depth interviewer, with experience across a wide range of consumer and business segments. Among consumers, she has

Financial, Arnold Worldwide, and the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority. Other clients withwhom she's worked include A&E, American Express Publishing, AT&T Mobility, Bayer, CNET, Covidien Pharmaceuticals, DirecTV, GlaxoSmithKline, Puerto Rico Telephone, Roche, Samsung, Sanofi-Aventis, The Home Depot, Timberland, T-Fal, and Verizon Communications.

Vivian's experience extends into the non-profit arena with work she has conducted for The Fetzer Institute as part of its Campaign for Love and Forgiveness, and for the Childhood Influenza Immunization Coalition (CIIC). For Fetzer, Vivian was a member of the program team for two years that oversaw and managed the Campaign, conducting interviews and survey research among participants and instructors of love and forgiveness workshops nationally. For the CIIC, Vivian led qualitative research exploring attitudes toward childhood vaccination, especially H1N1.
